PT Quantus Consultants Indonesia (QCI) is a contract holder with Nirmala Coal Nusantara (NCN) to support geology exploration and mine plan projects. To support the project, TMU is appointed by QCI to provide feasibility study of haul road to transport the coal from mines. The scopes of the study are as follows:
- Conduct site visit to obtain clearly an overview of the conditions of the project site.
- Conduct geotechnical drilling supervision, geotechnical logging and sampling.
- Conduct desk study, includes (1) Review site condition, (2) Review primary and secondary data provided by QCI, (3) Provides design basis and parameters based on the data available, (4) Review regional geology and seismic, (5) Creates geotechnical models for analysis based on geotechnical data available; and
- Performs relevant geotechnical analysis to provide design recommendations of the haul road and estimation of the construction costs.
