Designing Architectural, Structural and Mechanical & Electrical of the View Tower on Sipirok Botanical Garden

PT Agincourt Resources (PTAR) as a company operating in gold mining located on South Sumatra intends to construct the view tower within the Sipirok Botanical Garden as a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to local government. The view tower is planned to have 7 floors with approximately height of 31.5 m. To actualize the project, TMU has contracted by PTAR to design the view tower from the aspect of architecture, structure, mechanical and electrical. The scope of design also includes providing cost estimation for the owner estimate to construct the view tower.
