Designing Architectural, Structural and Mechanical & Electrical of the View Tower on Sipirok Botanical Garden

PT Agincourt Resources (PTAR) as a company operating in gold mining located on South Sumatra intends to construct the view tower within the Sipirok Botanical Garden as a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to local government. The view tower is planned will have of 7 floors with approximately height of 31.5 m. In order to actualize the project, TMU has contracted by PTAR to design the view tower from the aspect of architecture, structure, mechanical and electrical. The scope of design also include providing cost estimation for owner estimate to construct the view tower.
