President Director
Septri Welly Eka Putra serves as the President Director of Tectona Mitra Utama (TMU) and is a key member of the company’s stakeholders. He oversees the management of TMU’s services, leveraging his extensive experience to drive the company’s growth and success.
Prior to founding TMU, Welly had a distinguished career, holding various roles of responsibility in engineering, project management, and executive leadership at prominent international consulting firms, including Golder Associates and Royal Haskoning DHV. He also worked with EPC companies based in Australia, such as Bechtel and Knight Piesold. Notably, during his tenure at Bechtel, he was a winner of the Bechtel Innovation Award, recognizing his creative and innovative approaches to enhancing safety, quality, and processes.
Welly’s experiences have honed his technical and management skills, enabling him to drive strategic growth at Tectona Mitra Utama by delivering exceptional customer experiences with pride.
Sanjeev Ratan
Operating Director
Sanjeev Ratan serves as the Operating Director of Tectona Mitra Utama (TMU) and is a key member of the company’s stakeholders. He is responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of TMU’s services. With a strong background in local and international consulting companies, as well as operating companies in the mining and heavy industries, Sanjeev brings extensive experience to his role.
Throughout his career, Sanjeev has successfully managed engineering teams on diverse projects, including civil infrastructure, geotechnical, hydrological, and hydrogeological projects, for clients in the mining, oil and gas, and manufacturing industries. His leadership skills and technical expertise have enabled him to drive strategic growth at Tectona Mitra Utama, delivering exceptional customer experiences with pride.
Eko Widodo
General Manager
Eko Widodo is the General Manager of Tectona Mitra Utama (TMU) and a member of the company’s stakeholders. He is responsible for the project management of TMU’s services. Eko has extensive experience in both local and international consulting and contracting companies. During his career, many engineering consulting projects and construction projects have been successfully managed for clients in the mining and heavy industries, retail, and manufacturing industries. During his career in construction company, he obtained a “Certificate in Time, Cost, Quality Planning and Controlling for Construction Projects” from World Trade Center University Jakarta.
His experience has developed his technical and project management skills in driving Tectona Mitra Utama to grow by delivering customer needs with pride.
